About The Role:

Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team and manage comprehensive payroll processes across two dynamic organisations.

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end monthly payroll processing for: 500+ employees

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full payroll cycle management including database maintenance
  • Processing starters, leavers, and contract changes in liaison with HR
  • HMRC submissions – monthly & annual
  • Administering Attachment of Earnings orders
  • Pension administration across five schemes
  • Deduction management for Metro moneywise and Unison
  • Submissions to the Office for National Statistics
  • GFM standalone expenses system processing
  • GFM business mileage administration

About You:

  • Previous experience in payroll processing (medium to large scale preferred)
  • Strong understanding of HMRC regulations and pension administration
  • Confident working with multiple systems and databases
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and discretion with sensitive information
