Payroll Administrator
About The Role:
Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team and manage comprehensive payroll processes across two dynamic organisations.
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end monthly payroll processing for: 500+ employees
Key Responsibilities:
- Full payroll cycle management including database maintenance
- Processing starters, leavers, and contract changes in liaison with HR
- HMRC submissions – monthly & annual
- Administering Attachment of Earnings orders
- Pension administration across five schemes
- Deduction management for Metro moneywise and Unison
- Submissions to the Office for National Statistics
- GFM standalone expenses system processing
- GFM business mileage administration
About You:
- Previous experience in payroll processing (medium to large scale preferred)
- Strong understanding of HMRC regulations and pension administration
- Confident working with multiple systems and databases
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High level of accuracy and discretion with sensitive information
