Mechanical Contracts Supervisor

Your new role
You will report to the Mechanical Contracts Manager and will be responsible for supervising mechanical services on site.
Key Duties:
- Manage daily/weekly contract tasks and supervise key activities.
- Oversee programming and resource allocation for cost efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor contract progress to ensure it stays on schedule and within budget.
- Assist in developing valuations for effective cash flow and accurate WIP.
- Liaise with suppliers and teams for timely delivery and installation.
- Represent the company at contract progress meetings.
- Prepare progress and cost review information for internal meetings.
- Promote high safety and quality standards on site.
- Assist in preparing and handing over operation/maintenance manuals.
- Mentor and supervise the contracts team for development.
- Challenge and improve current systems.
- Assess team performance and address issues or training needs.
- Encourage communication and maintain positive working relationships
- NVQ/C&G Plumbing & Heating Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of mechanical site supervision experience.
- Willing to work away on GB projects 4/5 days per week
- Experience mentoring other operatives and apprentices.
