• Implement and deliver continuous improvement across the business, including the Quality Management System
• Maintain and improve the quality system to meet ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Communicate effectively with all teams throughout the business to ensure compliance
• Oversee all aspects of health and safety company-wide
• Review, analyse, and report on the performance of quality systems
• Perform and control internal and external quality audits in line with ISO 9001:2015
• Collaborate with Human Resources to identify and address development and training needs
• Offer health and safety refresher inductions and training
• Drive the achievement of PPM targets both internally and externally
• Implement quality improvements across product and process audits, process engineering, and project control
• Check and approve manufacturing documentation
• Provide high standard of written and verbal communication
• Work with confidential information and interpret technical drawings
• Conduct data analysis to report on trends, quality, and performance

• Solid experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment
• Demonstrated experience as a Quality Engineer and Health and Safety expert
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Professional and approachable demeanour
• Ability to make decisions that affect the business as a whole
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Strong communication skills
