Salary: £11.44 per hour; Increase to £27,180 when Perm

We are seeking a Returns Operative to join Biggleswade client’s warehouse-based returns department. If you are motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Booking Returns: Accurately process and check all returns received into the system.
• Repackaging Goods: Prepare goods for return to suppliers and other branches.
• Warehouse Organisation: Assist in managing returns collection bays, debit, and shelf locations.
• Team Support: Provide general support to the returns team, including occasional office duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior similar warehouse experience is required; full training on all systems provided.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
• A motivated and enthusiastic attitude.
• Hard-working and dependable.
• A positive and friendly approach to daily tasks.
