Real Estate Senior Associate Solicitor (5 years'+) – Edinburgh or Glasgow

My client is looking for a Senior Associate to join its leading Real Estate team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

This role involves working on a variety of real estate transactions, including development projects, portfolio management and real estate finance. You will be part of a supportive, inclusive and flexible team that values clear communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice on development and infrastructure projects
• Manage property portfolios, acquisitions and disposals
• Draft and negotiate real estate documents, including contracts and leases
• Conduct due diligence, including preparing reports on title
