About LED Exeter Airport Hospitality Services:Our team at Exeter Airport’s Cove, Coastline Café, and Moorland Kitchen provides exceptional hospitality services to travellers.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the face of our operations, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, assisting with inquiries and ensuring a seamless
- Support Operations: Assist with food service, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
- Ensure Compliance: Follow Health, Safety, and Food Hygiene regulations, reporting any issues to management.
- Collaborate with Management: Support the smooth running of the café and address customer feedback.
- Training Opportunities: Develop your skills and grow your career in a supportive environment.
