The role will be primarily based in Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, and the East Midlands. As such, we ask that only those living within a reasonable commuting distance apply.
YOUR NEW ROLE- You will need to be proactive in driving site progress and meeting project timelines
- Get involved in various aspects of groundworks (earthworks, drainage, foundation, substructure)
- Skilled in planning, scheduling, and overseeing subcontractor activities
- Competent in material quantification and procurement
- Accountable for completing the Integrated Management System, Policies, and Procedures
- Uphold Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety standards on-site
- A self-motivator, who can oversee projects from inception to completion
- Deadline-oriented, with the ability to motivate the team to achieve key milestones
- Hold a degree in Construction Engineering and Management and/ or a related field
- All applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience and possess expertise in sustainable drainage and road systems
- Residential or commercial experience (Advantageous)
- Proficiency in Autocad and Total Station is necessary, as are IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel
- A valid UK driving license is also required
- Basic salary up to £50,000 (depending upon experience)
