CPD Online College is currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with CPD Online College.
At CPD Online College, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality CPD courses to professionals in the education and care industries. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.
This position has a salary of £23,000pa, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
- Assist clients with course enrolments, payments, and technical issues
- Handle client issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and concerns
- Print, organise and send out certificates for completed learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using online systems and strong IT skills
