About the Role
As an Electrical Technician, you'll be an essential part of our team, helping to shape the future of our learners. Your role will involve:- Assisting in the setup and use of cutting-edge learning materials and equipment
- Supervising and mentoring students and work placement trainees in practical sessions
- Managing stock, ordering materials, and ensuring the smooth running of workshops
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a technician (or the enthusiasm and willingness to learn!)
- A good understanding of Health & Safety and hygiene regulations (or an eagerness to develop these skills)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a flexible, can-do attitude
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to change
- A proven team player, capable of building strong working relationships
