Electrician - Repairs
We have a brand new opportunity here at Havebury Housing, as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Electrician). The purpose of this role is to undertake repairs to electrical installations on mainly domestic properties located throughout East Anglia to a high standard and ensuring correctly certified.
We own and manage c.7,500 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities.

Requirements
Outline of Key Responsibilities...- Ability to diagnose faults and rectify effectively. Repairs carried out on first visit wherever possible.
- Where additional works are required, the ability to provide clear information as to work, duration and materials required.
- Undertake basic works of other trades relative to work undertaken or, as directed by line manager
- Comply with statutory and company health and safety regulations and policy
- Inspection and testing of domestic properties
- Full driving licence
- Good customer care skills
- Competent user of I.T.
- City and Guilds 2382 ‐ 18th Edition of the Wiring Regulations or equivalent
- City and Guilds 2360 ‐ Parts 1 and 2, NVQ3 or equivalent
- City and Guilds 2391 ‐ Testing & Inspecting or equivalent
