I am looking for highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Maintenance Administrator to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities locally in Shepperton. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction projects are maintained to the highest standards.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for construction projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and project documentation.
• Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and report on the status of maintenance projects.
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and policies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
