About you:
Are you a registered Pharmacy Technician (Band 5) seeking a locum position? Medacs Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join an NHS hospital in South West London, to support them in providing the highest levels of patient care within Medicine Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Medicines management on the wards.
- Confirming patient medication histories, assessment of patient's own medicines.
Essential Qualifications:
We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician (Band 5) with:
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- GPhC registration.
- Previous wards-based experience.
- Full UK right to work.
