SHOP SUPERVISOR

These duties include but are not limited to cleaning and straightening the sales floor and production areas by sweeping, mopping, washing and/or dusting as needed.

Also, attend to store safety conditions as determined by our policy, perform necessary record keeping and reporting of money in an accurate and timely manner, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and be responsible for other duties as assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance, and ensure a positive job

1. Plan staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
2. Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency in daily operations.
3. Keep inventory updated, manage orders, and minimize waste.
4. Ensure accurate, timely deliveries and proper storage of items.
5. Inspect and enforce hygiene standards, ensuring all processes are followed.
6. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and keep allergen charts updated.
7. Regularly engage with customers to collect feedback and address concerns.
8. Work with directors to develop strategies for business growth and improvement.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience retail trade with at least 6 months experience in supervising a retail shop.
2. Experience using a till cash register, pay station system, secure paying machine.
3. Ability to communicate effectively in English (must), Hindi(preferred), Gujarati(preferred) verbally and written, to cater all customers’ needs and requirements.
4. Able to calculate and execute basic accounting and cash control procedures.
5. Basic judgment skills to determine the value of goods.
6. Basic computer skills with Microsoft office and internet savvy.
7. Above all, the candidates should be Trustworthy, accountable, and responsible while performing the duties of the job.

JOB TYPE: Full-time, permanent. 37.5 hours per week.
