Care Assistant (Part time 9am-3pm) -Sleaford

£12,14 per hour

I am working with a privately owned care group who have a 42 bedded residential care home in the Lovely village of Ewerby (5 miles for East Sleaford). The home is set around an old vicarage extended in keeping with its character. Their fundamental mission is to provide care of the highest quality, giving comfort and friendship within a homely atmosphere while respecting and being sensitive to the individual needs, wishes and choices of residents.

They are now looking for a Care Assistants to join their friendly team.

• To provide the highest possible levels of care in supporting, assisting our residents in all aspects of daily living, including providing personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating
• You will be responsible for promoting our resident’s independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, alongside promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing
• You will complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring that 90% and above is achieved during all Monthly Daily Charts Audits
• Ensure you are 100% current with all your mandatory training throughout the year

• Willing to study towards a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification.
• A good reason or experience that has drawn them to care.
• Live within 20 minutes of the Home
• The ability to work shifts.
