Role Purpose:

You will work 37.5 hours a week, Mon- Fri, on an 18-month contract, earning £20,000 Per annum.
A typical day in this role includes:
Company events- Support the Process and Events Manager / Process & Projects advisor with company events that take place throughout the year.
- Managing any communication, collation and booking travel & accommodation for the events.
- Make events HO and roadshows.
- Top shops event.
- Area Manager development event.
- Flagged store event.
- Christmas conference.
- Support with managing company events – travel and accommodation.
- Manage store / support teams’ accommodation and travel process and bookings ensuring costs are flagged with line manager.
- Manage ‘We Love Feedback’ from store teams, collate information and provide feedback to stores.
- Support the Process and Events Manager / Process & Projects advisor with KISS incentives e.g. HHT and intranet development, key company processes.
- Send consecutive sales to area managers bi-weekly.
- Pull area managers routes and share with the regional managers and Sales Operations Director.
- Setting up SAS for stores HHT’s.
- Setting up new stores and closing stores on Retek.
- Date coded lines sent to buyers for investigation – weekly.
- Any other duties as requested by Line Manager.
You will work through a programme of learning with the support of the team and your Learning Coach over an 18-month period, all done virtually so no college days. You will achieve you Level 3 HR Support Practitioner Apprenticeship.

- You have 5 GCSE’s grade 4/C or above (including maths and English).
- You have not competed a business admin apprenticeship before.
- You are not currently at school, college or university.
- You have an interest in retail store operations.
