Candidate Consultant - Recruitment Agency (ASAP start - 2/3 month contract)

• About the Role

As a Candidate Consultant, you'll be the heartbeat of our talent operations-connecting top-tier candidates with exciting opportunities and helping them navigate their career journey. You'll work closely with Recruitment Consultants to source, screen, and engage exceptional individuals across various sectors.

• Key Responsibilities
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Conduct interviews and screening calls to assess qualifications and career aspirations
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline across key sectors
• Support candidates through the entire recruitment process, including CV feedback and interview prep
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and applicant tracking systems
• Collaborate with the wider team to match candidates to active vacancies
• Promote the agency's brand and values across candidate touchpoints
• Right to Work checks for all candidates.

• Previous experience in recruitment or a strong desire to build a career in talent acquisition
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Confident, people-oriented, and eager to build relationships
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in job platforms and CRM tools
