Learning & Development Training Specialist (Vehicle)

As one of our Learning & Development Training Specialists, you will deliver quality learning products in alignment with Learning & Development (L&D) standards, policy, Quality Assurance (QA) processes, as well as corporate and regulatory requirements.You will create a nurturing environment for delegates to reach their full potential by recognising learning styles and providing feedback.
You will collaborate with L&D colleagues and stakeholders enabling continuous development of delegates through handover documentation and providing subject matter expertise when required.
In these roles you will ensure the safety and wellbeing of delegates including Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Health and Safety and Security. You will provide them the opportunity to feedback and then work with L&D colleagues to respond to this.
Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Applying trends, best practice and delegating feedback to enable personal professional development and continuous improvement.
- Escalating any delegate performance concerns with the appropriate L&D coach.
- Maintaining the integrity and quality of learning products in alignment with L&D standards and policy.
- Providing feedback for continuous improvement to ensure seamless delivery of training.
- Building lasting relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to help deliver positive business outcomes.
