Teaching Assistant Level 3 for Alternative Provision

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 3.45pm, and Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm (36 hours per week). This role is term time, plus 5 additional days during closure periods.

Actual Salary: £22,715 to £24,621

An opportunity has arisen to join the team as Teaching Assistant Level 3 at Copley Academy. The successful candidate will work in our Aspire Centre, an internal alternative provision for students. You will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of key staff to provide behaviour intervention to students and support them overcome barriers to their learning, both in our alternative provision area and in classrooms.

This could include one-to-one and small group interventions with vulnerable students, those with SEND needs and students who require behaviour intervention to access learning.
