Birmingham - Part Time Recruitment Resourcer

InstaStaff are hiring, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team on a part time basis, based at our office in Erdington.We are small, family run recruitment agency, but big in client base, service and values.We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer or Consultant looking to move into another avenue, flexible to fit around your personal and home life.InstaStaff offer a fun, hardworking and professional environment to work within, you will be joining a small team but will have a major impact in the role you will be doing.The duties of the Recruitment Resourcer will be: Sourcing and screening candidatesSearching for relevant CVs on CV Library and Total JobsShort listing candidates from adverts and IndeedWriting and posting advertsIn depth conversations with candidates about the vacancies and their experience, reasons for leaving etctaStaffAnswering the phones and taking messagesDealing with emails from clients and candidates The ideal Recruitment Resourcer will have: Experience within a similar roleExperience of working within an agency environmentExcellent organisational and communication skillsExcellent attention to detailThe ability to dig deep and not be afraid to ask questions Hours of work for the Recruitment Resourcer will be Monday Thursday, 20 hours per week, between the hours of 9am 3pm, flexible to the candidate.The salary for the Recruitment Resourcer will be between £12.20 - £13.50 per hour depending on experience.This role will be starting off as a temporary position, with the potential of going permanent for the right candidate.
