About the Role

You will ensure that care services are consistently delivered to a high standard, assisting with various day-to-day activities.

Reporting to: Care Coordinator / Home Care Manager

• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care to clients, following care plans while respecting the dignity and independence of each individual.
• Ensure care services are consistently provided to a high standard.
• Maintain a flexible approach to meet business needs as required.
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.

• A caring and patient nature.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Previous experience as a carer is preferred but not essential.
• Access to a car and a full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
