Headington Rye Oxford is seeking an enthusiastic, well-organised Marketing Executive to join our busy Marketing Department. This is an exciting time to join the team following the merger of Headington School and Rye St Antony in 2024. The successful candidate will manage Prep School marketing, whole school print and advertising production schedules, promotional items and purchasing and the Marketing budget.

You will be comfortable working closely with external contractors to fulfil the School's marketing requirements.

This is a pivotal and strategically important role as the Prep School grows, with applications now accepted from both boys and girls for Nursery through to Year 6.

Experience working with design and photography packages such as the Adobe Creative Suite, CMS and automated mailing packages such as MailChimp would be advantageous to support the output of the Marketing team.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise well.

The Marketing and Admissions teams work closely together to present a strong and welcoming image of the School to feeder schools and prospective families alike, running Open events and Entrance Days and attending Future Schools Fairs both at home and abroad.
