ITU Clinical Support Worker

Come and join us! We have excellent full time opportunities for ITU Support Workers within the Critical Care department at The William Harvey Hospital in Ashford. We are a busy 18 bedded mixed level unit admitting emergency and elective admissions from a variety of specialities.We are a friendly, welcoming team, working within a dynamic, responsive and growing unit.
Main duties of the job
As a unit we pride ourselves on delivering consistent high standards of holistic care. This is reflected in our ICNARC data, performance metrics and feedback from patients, relatives and visitors to our unit.
We offer a supportive environment with an extensive induction programme; this includes the Care Certificate. This is a national induction programme for all newly employed ITU Support Workers. Within EKHUFT the care certificate will form part of the non-registered development pathway and the certificate awarded will be transferable between health care settings
