Training Support Assistant - Tipton
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and supporting training activities? Our client, is seeking a Training Support Assistant to join their team based in Tipton.
As a Training Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting the Training Support Manager and delivering a seamless training experience for their team members and customers.
Summary:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 12 months
- Location: Tipton, DY4
- Pay Rate:£18.75 per hour
- Hours: 30 - 37 hours per week Monday to Friday - Hybrid after 3 months
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with a team of Training Support Assistants to ensure smooth operations
- Accurately deliver KPIs and meet performance targets within agreed deadlines
- Handle internal and external course bookings and administration, including scheduling trainers' programmes and booking training rooms
- Create and issue course joining instructions, update systems accurately, and manage financial processes such as raising purchase orders and receipts
- Provide reception duties and deliver excellent customer service across various communication channels
- Utilise Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively
- Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive attitude to assist the Training Support Manager with various training activities

- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
