Location: Hythe, Kent

We care deeply about inclusive working practices and diverse teams. If you'd prefer to work part-time or as a job-share, we'll facilitate this wherever we can - whether to help you meet other commitments or to help you strike a great work-life balance.

About

We’re looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager to lead our Supply Squad, owning the roadmap and delivery of critical supply-related products, systems, and integrations in line with our strategic goals. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our systems scale effectively to meet both business and partner needs - translating complex technical challenges into business and customer value.

You’ll be part of our product team, whose mission is to enhance our core product platform with powerful new features and capabilities that let us scale how we feed, package, and cache product supply - delivering high performance and flexibility across all our sales channels.

You are a recognised expert in technical product management, influencing outcomes well beyond your immediate team. You actively share knowledge, shape standards, and contribute to the development of others across the business and industry.

The Role

By joining our team, you’ll:

  • Lead the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Supply Squad, aligned with our platform and growth goals.
  • Collaborate across engineering (API, architecture, backend), data, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
  • Work closely with our offshore integrations team.
  • Translate business challenges into robust, scalable API and system integration solutions that improve supply performance and partner onboarding.
  • Use data and technical insight to inform decisions and drive optimisation across systems, continuously improving the user and partner experience.
  • Be a mentor and collaborative leader - sharing knowledge and raising the bar on technical product management.
  • Advocate a high-performance squad environment, energising the team with clarity, purpose, and coaching support.
  • Thrive in our supportive and fun team culture, where learning & collaboration are key.

Requirements

What you can bring to our team:

  • Experience in technical product management, including API-driven products or platform services.
  • Strong technical understanding of systems architecture, data flows, integrations, and engineering basics/architectural design principles.
  • Strategic prioritisation and delivery skills - balancing short-term needs with long-term scalability.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences - from engineering teams to senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to make autonomous decisions and drive impactful, high ROI outcomes across complex systems.
  • Strong commercial and strategic awareness, applying a pragmatic, data-led mindset to everything you do.
  • A collaborative leadership style - known for mentoring & influencing others across your squad and the wider product community.
  • Experience setting KPIs and using outcome-focused measurement to validate success.
  • The use of AI-driven tools to uncover insights and enhance decision-making.
  • Confidence in product performance monitoring, roadmap visibility, and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Broad technical knowledge and the confidence to question, challenge and partner with your engineering team on implementation choices
  • Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and successful delivery of shared objectives
  • Passion for customer research and a solid grasp of both qualitative and quantitative discovery techniques.

Everyone’s career path is individual and different, so this is just a guide. If your experience doesn't precisely match this, you’re encouraged to apply so that we can discover your unique talents!
