Do you have a degree is Aviation, Aeronautics, or something similar? Our client, a leader in aeronautics, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join their dynamic Service Sales Team! ✈️
Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will:
- Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) to support the International region.
- Provide essential administrative assistance to the Sales Team.
- Conduct data and system administration, ensuring smooth operations for RSMs and Proposal Administrators.
- Prepare Maintenance Proposals using the Maximo System.
- analyse customer work scopes against Maintenance Planning Documents (iMPD / MPD).
- Revise proposals based on the latest customer work orders.
- Expedite work proposals and follow up with RSMs as needed.
- Provide data support to other departments upon request.
Who We're Looking For: As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- A keen interest in the aviation sector. ?
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft O365 software suite and a quick adaptability to new programmes.
- A meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a Sales and/or Marketing environment (preferred).
- A degree in a relevant field (preferred).
