We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from enthusiastic teachers who:
- Are committed to providing consistency for schools and pupils
- Have strong curriculum knowledge and the ability to engage pupils
- Can manage mixed-ability classes and inspire confidence in students
- Have effective classroom management skills aligned with school behaviour policies
- Can build professional relationships with both staff and pupils
- A Teaching Degree with QTS
- A Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply with our full support)
- Two professional or character references
- A positive, flexible, and committed approach to supporting schools
