Communication and working relationship: This is a key leadership role within the Trust and central patient safety / quality team The role is the liaison contact between the organisation and the CQC Build up strong working relationships with external stakeholders, regulators and commissioners Communicate comfortably with colleagues of all levels including Trust Board members, care group triumvirates, clinical leads Lead the CQC Assurance Group Analytical and Judgement Quantify the CQC's recommendations, ensuring they are translated into appropriate practice for the Trust's range of professional services.

Take a management leadership role in implementing compliance processes and systems for the Trust Develop and implement robust outcome reports from evidence reviews related to CQC regulation requirements and provide exception reporting through integrated governance structures Analyse highly complex key performance indicator data from a range of course and make recommendations for remedial management and recovery where appropriate Planning and Organisation Formulate and adjust strategies to deliver on key performance targets relating to CQUIN delivery, including the reporting of CQUIN's achievements to commissioners in line with contractual requirements, dealing with queries raised in a prompt manner Responsible for the production and presentation of all routine patient Equality and Diversity reporting to the Patient Experience Committee; and any other committees as requested Maintain accurate and timely records of evidence in relation to CQC registration and other regulation and liaise with managers, clinicians, colleagues and staff about registration requirements and local evidence collection in relation to registration and core standards.
