Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 is preferred).
  • Have previous experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within a classroom setting.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be adaptable, proactive, and able to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • Possess a genuine passion for education and child development.
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, adhering to school policies at all times.

Job Details: Secondary Teaching Assistant
Location: Macclesfield
Contract Type: Temporary (Flexible, 3-5 days per week)
Start Date: January 2025
Salary: Dependent on Experience

Hours: 8:15AM - 3:30 PM

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
