Primary Support Worker - Warrington
A high-achieving primary school in Macclesfield is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team on a temporary and flexible basis. Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups to enhance learning and engagement.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 is preferred).
- Have previous experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within a classroom setting.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be adaptable, proactive, and able to work flexibly as part of a team.
- Possess a genuine passion for education and child development.
