Kettering - Valuation Survey Co-ordinator (VSC) - Flexi
Job Profile:
Part of the LSL group of companies e.surv Chartered Surveyors is one of the country's largest providers of residential property risk expertise and surveying services. To put it into numbers, we complete one mortgage valuation every twenty-five seconds and it’s our incredible team of Valuation Survey Co-ordinators (VSC’s) who keep our surveyors’ diaries full.
As a Valuation Survey Coordinator, you can expect to…- Make and receive inbound and outbound calls to Estate Agents, vendors, tenants and property developers.
- Arrange appointments for our surveyors to complete property valuations and surveys.
- Manage customers’ expectations thoroughly throughout all processes.
- Manage queries in relation to appointments.
- Handle computer-based tasks and data entry responsibilities, ensuring all information inputted onto the system is completed with high levels of accuracy.
- Build and maintain good relationships with all customers both internal and external.
Additional support from fully trained but flexible colleagues will help us to meet the additional demands of our busiest periods and continue to deliver an excellent service to our clients and customers.
How flexible will the role be?
To allow people to work around existing study, childcare, employment or other responsibilities, the work will be flexible throughout the day, evenings and weekends. The role will be home-based and the hours will be flexible and paid at an hourly rate.We'll also provide full training and IT equipment.
We'll need a level of commitment from those who apply, but we'll do everything we can to work around existing arrangements to provide a truly flexible arrangement.
