We are currently looking for an ER Specialist on a permanent basis to join a great organisation and team in the Birmingham area. The team dynamic and support Manager provides a great environment! Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE + bonus Location: Birmingham, hybrid 2/3 days Contract: permanent

Duties of the Employee Relations Specialist:

  • Ideally a minimum of a years’ experience in employee relations or a HR share services environment
  • Sound case management experience, working with a high volume
  • You will need to be able to demonstrate a highly organised case management approach
  • Thorough understanding of employee relations, offering advice per case
  • Building strong relationships with line managers and assisting when required with ER issues
  • Providing excellent customer service
