This role offers the flexibility of working from home with a focus on the Cheshire region.You’ll leverage your expertise to guide clients through the new build and shared ownership mortgage process, ensuring they secure the best possible financing solution for their dream home.
What You’ll Do as a Home-Based New Build Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker in Cheshire:
- Lead Generation and Management: Receive a steady stream of 10-12 new build and shared ownership mortgage leads per week from leading UK sources, including one of the UK’s largest shared ownership introducers and local Cheshire developers.
- Client Engagement: Provide comprehensive whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new clients, fostering trust and guiding them through the mortgage selection process. Your goal is to secure 1-2 successful mortgage completions per week.
- Tailored Mortgage Solutions: Based on the introducer’s requirements, you’ll offer fee-based and non-fee-based mortgage advice to cater to diverse client needs.
- Proactive Business Development: Complement the provided leads by actively reaching out to new build developers in the Cheshire area, expanding your client base and generating additional business opportunities.
- Streamlined Process Management: Handle new build mortgage enquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and securing their commitment to their chosen properties.
- Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of performing all duties from a comfortable and well-equipped home office environment, with all necessary IT equipment provided by the company.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A seasoned New Build Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker with a proven track record of success in providing mortgage and protection advice, with a particular expertise in the new build mortgage landscape.
- Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential for this role.
- Residency in the Cheshire area is a requirement to effectively serve the local market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build rapport with clients, developers, and other industry professionals.
- A clean credit history, no complaints or disciplinary issues, and no criminal convictions are mandatory for compliance purposes.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
