About the Role

This is a remote-first role, with frequent opportunities for in-person collaboration.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven, agentic systems to automate and augment legal and financial workflows.
• Build scalable, production-grade solutions using Python, Golang, and AWS.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, backend engineers, and product leaders to improve decision-support tools and system integrations.
• Lead efforts in ML Ops and data engineering, creating pipelines and backend infrastructure that power business intelligence insights.
• Take ownership of systems integration, working closely with other engineering and data science colleagues.
• Work in a fast-moving environment, adapting rapidly as the team and business scale.

Requirements

• Professional experience with Python and Golang, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Track record of building and integrating scalable, production-grade AI software.
• Strong skills in ML Ops, backend development, and data engineering.
• Advanced STEM degree (preferably from a top-tier university), with demonstrable engineering achievement.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience designing agentic AI solutions.

• Comfortable working in a small, technically focused startup team.
