About Our Client

Our client is a well known national law firm. They are looking for a Commercial Insurance Solicitor to join their busy team and deal with a mixture of property damage and subrogated recovery claims.

Job Description

As a Commercial Insurance Solicitor your duties will include:

• Manage a caseload of commercial insurance matters mainly focussing on property damage claims as well as subrogated recoveries.
• Supervise paralegals.
• Provide expert legal advice to a wide range of clients.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
• Stay abreast of developments in commercial insurance law.
• Contribute to business development initiatives.
• Uphold the firm's commitment to equality and diversity.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Insurance Solicitor should have at least 2 PQE dealing with property damage claims. Please note that the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
