Childcare Apprenticeship - Level 2 - East Cliff Pre-School - Term Time Only

The Aspire Training Team are currently recruiting for a passionate, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join East Cliff Pre-School as a Level 2 Childcare Apprentice to start in November 2024.

At East Cliff Pre-School our ethos is to ensure all children in our care get the very best start in their education journey. Ensuring we educate both the children and families in all areas of child development.

We have a garden with a variety of stimulating equipment to encourage children's development.

• The successful candidate will learn the role of childcare practitioner supported by the wider team.
• Support with the development needs of the children in the setting through learning and play.
• Supporting the key members of staff.
• Liaising with parents.
• Supporting the team with activities and planning and general housekeeping duties.
• Keeping the children safe and protected.
• Undertake all aspects of personal care including assisting at mealtimes and toileting.

• You must be able to gain a clear DBS
• GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent

• East Cliff Pre-School is open between the hours of 08.00 -15:00 Monday - Friday
• The successful candidate will be required to work 30 hours per week with shift patterns to be discussed
