Job Description- Process and manage payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Manage the submission of pension and tax data to regulatory bodies.
- Handle payroll queries from staff and external bodies.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data.
- Assist with audits and financial reports.
- Work closely with the HR department to ensure accurate staff data.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll tax laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
- A strong understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to handle payroll queries.
- A commitment to ensuring the confidentiality and security of payroll data.
