We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Part-Time Cleaning Supervisor to join our Worcester WR1 team. In this role, you will oversee the cleaning team and ensure that our GP surgery facilities are consistently clean, hygienic, and welcoming.

• Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks as needed, including mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting in treatment rooms, offices, reception areas, hallways, kitchens, and toilets.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the premises meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, order replacements as necessary, and ensure essential consumables (e.g., toilet rolls, paper towels, hand soaps, and sanitisers) are replenished.
• Address any on-site issues promptly and report to management as required.

• Proven experience in a cleaning role, with some supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a DBS criminal record check.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
