General Labourer - Production Plant

Hours: Full-time

We are seeking hardworking General Labourers to join our team at a busy production plant in Alcester. This is a physically demanding role that involves heavy lifting and requires a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing heavy lifting and manual handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Supporting the production process by loading and unloading materials.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the work area.
• Following health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy loads regularly.
• Comfortable working in a labour-intensive environment.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous experience in a factory or warehouse is beneficial but not essential.
