HR Advisor - Bath
We are proud to be partnering with a great charity based in the Somerset area, who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a 3-Month contract.
The ideal candidate will have experience of generalist HR and knowledge of employment law.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Working with management to create job advertisements, supporting with moving applicants through the ATS system and training hiring managers on the system
- Creating offer paperwork and ensuring all new employees are provided with the correct starter paperwork to support their onboarding
- Informing all relevant trainers and inductors of new starters, ensuring each new employee is provided with an informed and consistent induction programme
- Recording and monitoring relevant training achievements for employees as well as inform employees when to complete relevant training for their role
- Completing HR administration for the operations of the business, ensuring all employee records are accurate and up-to-date
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Good knowledge of employment law
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in generalist HR
Working hours:
- 37 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
