We are looking for a talented and driven social media creator to join the Ring International Marketing team. This is a new role that requires creativity, craft and a high level of organization.

The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media, is at the forefront of trends and has a particular interest in the global nature of culture and content. Professionally, you are experienced in making social-first brand content that is elevated, highly-engaging and drives performance across KPIs including follower growth, impressions, traffic, engagement rate, and revenue.

Alongside sharing stories from Ring customers around the world, this role requires an ideas-led mentality. You will enjoy developing content concepts, have an instinct for spotting engagement opportunities, and know how to act quickly.

You think strategically and analytically about the content that people want to engage with, and how to distribute it through organic and paid methods. You will have good general knowledge of paid social, and the role it plays in a holistic social media strategy.

Key job responsibilities

Create social-first Ring content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and wider distribution.

Execute end-to-end production including photography, filming, sound design and editing.

Manage the social media content plan, copywriting and translation process.

Contribute social-first view point in Ring local market campaign development and content plans.

Create social media content at Ring campaign productions and events.

Manage Ring social media content plans for selected social channels across multiple locales.

Keep the Ring International team at the forefront of social media trends and developments.

A day in the life

This role requires working closely with creatives, designers and producers and market leads. The role also requires fostering relationships with external companies including creative agencies, media agencies and production partners.

You will have a track record of delivering stylish, effective results; in a timely fashion.

Although comfortable working autonomously, you thrive working in groups and actively contributing to high performance teams. You love to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and have a meticulous attention to detail. You are an excellent problem solver; identifying priorities and potential blockers to achieve goals.

About the team

Creative Brand Studio (CBS) is the creative hub of Ring International Marketing. We serve all Ring customers and local marketing teams outside of North America.

Our team dives into data, conducts external research, devises brand strategy, tailor global brand identity, invent and produce creative in-house, fuel Ring-owned platforms and manage local creative and media advertising agencies. - Minimum four years multi-market brand social media strategy and activation (in-house and/or agency).
  • Solid videographer and general content production knowledge.
  • Proficient in Figma, Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop or similar programs.
  • Expert social media knowledge, in particular Instagram and TikTok.
  • Experience with using data and metrics to measure and report impact and shape action plans.
  • Excellent English writing, and fluent English speaking.- Multi-lingual (any of German, Italian or French would be ideal).
  • Artificial Intelligence literate.
  • Social media copywriting.
  • Social media channel management (such as Instagram, TikTok or Facebook).
  • Entertainment, gaming, consumer technology, retail or home-related brand experience.
