[ref. d70115918] Litigation Solicitor - Kingston upon Thames

One of my clients are looking to expand their Litigation departments and bring in a experienced litigator to be based at either their Kingston upon Thames office or Walton on Thames office.

This role will include managing a caseload of varied litigation work such as contentious probate, professional negligence, debt recovery, insolvency and landlord and tenant disputes.

You will have experience of risk assessments and running cases under a variety of financial arrangements such as under CFA's and DBA's. You will need to be highly organised, have the ability to work independently and be a friendly team player.
