We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide proactive support to the three Heads of Maintenance and Customer Resolution. The three Heads of Service lead teams that provide our repairs and complaints services to our customers in the Southeast of England and include both our DLO and Customer Resolutions teams.

To be successful in this role. It is essential that you have relevant administrative experience gained within a fast-paced environment. You will need to demonstrate experience of working in a confidential environment showing a high level of trust and professionalism.

This role would suit someone who is organised, with an excellent level of communication skills and attention to detail. You will need to demonstrate that you have managed a busy workload and be used to meeting deadlines.

Duties would include:

  • Working collaboratively with other teams.
  • Diary and Email Management
  • Assisting to prepare and collate reports and presentations.
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Develop tracking systems to ensure staff are providing timely responses for Complaints and Housing Ombudsman cases.
  • Act as a point of contact on behalf of the Heads of Service as required.

To be considered for this position candidates will be able to demonstrate:

  • Organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities
  • Self sufficient and able to work as part of a team
  • Proficient use of Microsoft packages
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Understanding of the Housing environment (desirable)
