Security Lead
Location: Liverpool City Centre
- Salary: £30,000 per annum
- Shifts: Night Shifts (4 on 4 off)
- Position: Full-Time
- Are you a vigilant and dedicated security professional looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting a Security Guard for a prestigious client who owns three hotels located in close proximity within Liverpool City Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Night Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of all three hotel sites, ensuring the safety and security of the premises, guests, and the public throughout your shift.
CCTV Monitoring: Monitor CCTV systems from the main control room to detect and respond to any security issues promptly.Liaison: Work closely with front-of-house staff at each hotel to ensure smooth and secure operations.
Guest Safety: Respond to any incidents or emergencies, providing assistance to guests and staff as needed.
Security Reporting: Document any security breaches or unusual occurrences and report them according to protocol.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert during night shifts
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with hotel staff and handle guest interactions professionally
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and security protocols
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to ensuring the safety of others
- A team player, with the ability to work efficiently and professionals with a wider team
