Tax Manager

Robert Half is working with a leading global manufacturing organisation to recruit a Tax Manager to oversee tax compliance and reporting across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced tax professional to take on a high-profile role in a large global business.
The Role
As Tax Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Managing tax reporting, including current and deferred tax
- Advising senior stakeholders on tax planning and risk management
- Overseeing tax submissions and working with external advisors
- Ensuring tax policies remain compliant with global tax regulations
- Professional tax qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA, ATT, or equivalent)
- Several years' experience in a tax compliance or advisory role
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax reporting and filings
- The ability to work independently and provide expert advice at board level
- A proactive mindset, with excellent communication and analytical skills
- Competitive salary & benefits package - £80,000 - £90,000 plus bonus
- Hybrid working - Flexibility to work remotely with some office-based collaboration
- Excellent holiday allowance - 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy additional leave
- Number 1 Role - This will be the Number 1 in Tax outside of the US with broad autonomy
