Warehouse Operative:
Salary: £29,000
Gravesend
Sunday- Thursday. Night shifts
Hours: 8pm- 6am
We are working exclusively with a company who are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their night shift team. Your main duties will include picking orders efficiently, working within a team, loading and unloading vehicles and having a good understanding of Health & Safety.We are looking for candidates who have a 'can-do' attitude, can work in a team, have a great attention to detail and is looking takes pride in their work. Do you have these skills?
Duties:
- Picking customer orders correctly for dispatch
- Use of the computer system to print labels and attached to the correct order
- Banding and strapping customer orders
- Loading and unloading lorries
- General housekeeping- keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
- Manual handling
- Experience using Fork Trucks
- Working with the warehouse team to ensure the deliveries run smoothly
Requirements:
- Experience using a Fork Truck
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast- paced environment
- Physical fitness for manual handling
- A real 'can-do' attitude is a must
