We’re looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join a pioneering organisation working on a hybrid basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer looking to step up in to a team lead position, or a Service Desk Team Lead looking for a fresh challenge!

The Senior Support Engineer

You will oversee a small, dynamic team of skilled 1st Line Engineers, supporting over 1,500 users across the UK. You’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Engineers, ensuring your team provides high-quality technical support, while also maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

• A strong technical background in 1st and 2nd line support, covering desktop, servers and networks
• Proven experience leading a service desk team or mentoring staff, with a desire to take the next step.
• Familiarity with technologies like Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Experience working within an ITIL framework
