Residential Property Lawyer - Our clients, a niche property practice based in Southwest London are now looking to recruit a further Residential Property Lawyer to join their team.
About the Role
Due to the location this firm handles a wide range of HNW and complex property transactions. You will manage a large caseload of residential matters, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, re-mortgaging, right to buy, and transfer of equity, some of which will be complex.Ideally some previous work on leasehold enfranchisement / licenses to alter etc, would be useful.
Candidate Requirements
They are interested in talking to energetic and keen individuals with at least 3 years experience of handling a varied caseload and who are looking to progress their career. You will need assist in mentoring the junior members of the team as well as assist in the marketing of the firm.
