About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teacher to join our dynamic team in Redhill! This flexible role allows you to work across different subjects and year groups, covering planned and unexpected teacher absences. If you’re passionate about inspiring students and thrive in a variety of classroom environments, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons based on provided plans
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Ensure students remain on task and support their learning where needed
- Provide feedback on student progress and any issues to staff
- Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom culture
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
- Strong classroom management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different subjects and settings
- A passion for supporting students' learning and development
