The position involves delivering one-on-one support to two Key Stage 1 students, both of whom have ASD as well as Speech and Language Communication Needs, assisting them individually and together as a pair. The role is offered on a long-term basis with the potential to become permanent.

• Experience in providing one-on-one support to children.
• Knowledge or experience working with children who have ASD, Speech and Language Communication Needs (SLCN), and non-verbal communication requirements.
• Familiarity with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Experience in managing challenging behaviour.
• Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications or a degree in a related field.
• Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team.
