Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Role Overview

Accounts Assistant role providing support and cover for other members of the Accounts team. Initially tasks would include those listed below but the successful candidate will have an appetite and willingness to take on other tasks as required:

• Purchase Invoice processing
• Maintaining cost analysis spreadsheets
• Bank Reconciliation
• Filing and other ad-hoc office duties

• Sales invoice processing
• Chasing customer payments
• Bank reconciliation
• Replying to invoice copy requests
• Monitoring customer credit ratings
• Filing and other ad-hoc office duties

• HMRC Deferment Statement processing
• Petty cash
• Gathering credit card receipts from Directors
• Assisting with rebate calculations
• Processing wages
• Provide holiday cover across the Accounts Department as and when needed

• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Strong organisational skills

• Good communication skills
• Punctuality
• Excellent attention to detail & accuracy
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team

• A minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths & English.
