About the Role:

• Provide tailored one on one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs.
• Create a nurturing, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
• Support students in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and independence.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of learning materials.

• Experience working in SEN or education settings is highly desirable.
• A calm and empathetic approach to supporting students with complex needs.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.
• A relevant qualification in education or SEN is advantageous but not essential.
